Will I be notified when my
registration is about to expire?
Yes. Before you reach the end of your domain name
registration term, we will notify you so that you can renew your
registration before it expires. To ensure you receive your
notifications, as well as other important information about your
account, be sure to keep your contact information up-to-date.
What is the different
between Transfer Domain Registrar and Update Nameservers
options?
Transfer My Existing Domain Registrar is a good
choice if your domain name is expiring soon and you want to add
another year to your domain name expiry date; if you already own a
domain name, and would like to transfer the management of your
domain to your account with us choose Transfer My Existing
Domain Registrar.
The Update my Nameservers transfer is the
most common way of transferring your domain name; If you already own a
domain name and would like to transfer your domain to us for
your web and email hosting services and would like to keep your domain
name management with your current registrar please choose this option.
If I need more than one
Domain name, what should I do?
If you need more than one domain, click on Search
Again, this will add the current domain to your shopping cart and you
will be able to search for more domain names on the next screen to add
to your shopping cart.
Once I submit my order, how
long before I can start using my domain name?
As soon as you submit your order, Eserves will
register your domain name for you. It typically takes between 24 and
48 hours for your new domain name information to propagate throughout
the Internet. We will provide you a temporary URL that you can use to
begin uploading and testing your site right away.
Why is my domain name
showing as available when I just registered it with another company?
If you just recently registered your domain name, it
can take up to 24 hours before your domain name shows as registered.
You can proceed with your order. On the Select Terms page, simply
select "I will use My Existing Domain and update My Nameservers
only." Only for the term.
Where can I learn more about

information about domain names and general hosting processes for
registering and transferring domain names.
Can I change my package
later?
Yes. You can change your package at any time after
your account is activated through your Web-based control panel. Most
changes do not incur any extra cost. Please note, however, that domain
name registrations cannot be changed once the order is submitted.
What if my needs change
later?
Eserves offers a wide array of plans that can
meet your needs now and as your Web site grows. You can easily add new
features to your existing plan or change your plan at any time,
quickly and simply, using Eserves's Web-based control panel or by
sending a request to info@eserves.com
or by filling out our change of account form available in our website.
How can I remove features
associated with the plan I selected?
You can remove features associated with a selected
plan in two ways: You can click on 'Back' link (wherever it is
available) located at the corner bottom left side of the screen to go
back to the hosting plan option menu or click on 'Start Over' link to
restart your order.
What happens next?
On the next step you can review your order details
and breakdown, once you have reviewed your order details and are sure
they are correct, next option is choosing to complete your order
as an existing member or a new client then click the Continue.
Why are there three sets of
contact information?
We give you the opportunity to enter different
contact information for yourself as well as for admin, technical and
billing contacts. In many cases, all three sets of information are the
same. The admin contact information is required by InterNIC, the
domain name registration governing authority. It's helpful to be able
to specify different contact information, as the person handling your
site's technical issues may not be the same as the person handling
your billing.
Can I change my payment
method later?
Yes, you can change your payment method later.
Eserves's Web-based billing control panel, makes it easy for you to
change your billing cycle, to select a different payment method, or to
update your credit card information at any time.
